In the Standards and Technical Department, we are looking for a student assistant (m/w) for a long-term job to support our international team focusing on research and web platforms. It is a part-time job (about 15 – 20 hours per week / no “Minijob”).

Your tasks:

•          Desk review and summary of available Monitoring and Evaluation tools

•          Help with development of a wiki for our standard (input of information, format of the wiki)

•          Internet research on labor issues, hot spots and labor regulations of different countries  (at least 4 hours a week)

•          Help with development of documents

•          Ad hoc proofreading of e-mails

•          Administrative work

Your profile:

•          Preferably student in the field of European and International Laws

•          Very good knowledge of verbal and written English, German and Spanish

•          Sound MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•          Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation and of tools to use

•          Knowledge of international labor issues

•          High ability of independent, reliable and dedicated work

•          Focus on details
