1. Formal Qualifications (mandatory qualification)

A post high school diploma in a discipline related to the scope of certification (Crops and/or Livestock and/or Aquaculture) and 2 years of work experience in the relevant sub-scope.
OR
3 years of work experience in the relevant sub-scope after qualification (full-time equivalence).

2. Work experience in consultancy (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of work experience as a consultancy (advisory) service provider related to production in the relevant scope (crop/livestock/aquaculture/food/feed). Please submit three references including content of consultancy service and evaluation of service by the client.

3. HACCP Principles (mandatory qualification)

Training in HACCP principles either as part of formal qualifications (please attachTrainscript/Resume of notes in section 1 and specify the course below) or by the successful completion of a formal course based on the principles of Codex Alimentarius (please attach certificate in a size smaller than 500kb and in format PDF or JPG). Duration and content shall be indicated on the evidence provided for this requirement.

4. Food/Feed Hygiene Training (mandatory)

Please provide evidences of successful completion of a Food Hygiene training course with a minimum duration of 8 hours.
