Profile

Sociedad Agricola Forestal is a family business founded in 2005 dedicated to organic blueberry production of the Martini Blueberries. The high density planting of 25 hectares is located at the foothill of Andes mountain range in the town of Coñaripe, Chile, South America (south latitude 39º 58´and west longitude 72º, 03´).
This is an idyllic region of clear rivers, located in a pristine natural environment surrounded of volcanoes, lake and native forest with high biodiversity in flora and fauna. Their farm workers are proud members of the native Mapuche people.

Achievements

The farm produces blueberries in an integral organic system to export both fresh and frozen, ensuring to consumers an optimum food of quality and safety, in a productive context of team work, harmonious coexistence, respect for the nature and the indigenous communities of the place. The farm is distinguished by its own unique characteristics, such as insect pollination and native birds, various biological corridors, nesting sites for wild birds, and natural pest control. It is also the only farm in the south of Chile that provides selected music and Feng Shui for more welfare and happiness of the plants and workers.

Another achievement is that our farm is located in the middle of a 30-km radius of native people, and we've managed to work their land in harmonious coexistence.

Our production processes are certified, GLOBALG.A.P. (EurepGAP), BCS Oko-Garantie GmbH, NOP EU.
