Register Your Other Certifications and Schemes to Your Database GGN Profile

Many GLOBALG.A.P. certified producers hold certificates to other programs. The GLOBALG.A.P. Database is offering GLOBALG.A.P. certified producers the option to add additional certifications and schemes to their database GGN Profile, to show more than 600 market participants just how committed they are to implementing food safety and sustainability assurance.

Registration is currently available for the following programs: Bioland, Biopark, EU Organic, Fair for Life, Fair Trade, Gäa, Naturland, QS FIAS, Rainforest Alliance.*

How to Register Your Other Programs/Schemes

1. Inform your Certification Body/Trustee that you want them to register this additional information to your GLOBALG.A.P. Database GGN Profile.

2. Producers must complete a Producer Declaration for Data Access form provided by GLOBALG.A.P. or a similar form provided by the Certification Body/Trustee, to ensure that the producer agrees to having this information published.

3. The Certification Body may also upload a document (audit report, certification document, corrective actions report, non-conformity report or other documents) in several document formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, PPT).

4. As set in the  Data Access Rules for Other Programs in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database, the information will be visible to all companies categorized as Market Participant. A list of all companies under this category is available here.

*The list of other programs registered in the GLOBALG.A.P. Database is not exhaustive. If you’d like us to add a new program, please contact the customer support team (customer_support@globalgap.org).
