The Colombian standard Florverde Sustainable Flowers (FSF) has successfully finalized the re-benchmarking against GLOBALG.A.P. IFA Standard Version 5 and is now recognized as a resembling scheme for the sub-scope Flowers & Ornamentals (FO).

Kenya Flower Council Standard Re-benchmarked as Equivalent Scheme

The Kenya Flower Council is a private voluntary association of independent growers and exporters of cut-flowers and ornamentals. KFC was formed to foster the responsible and safe production of cut flowers in Kenya, while protecting the natural environment.

TOUR Stop Greece: What the Market Wants: A Presentation of the Retailer's View

Close to 150 participants attended the GLOBALG.A.P. TOUR Stop in Athens, commemorating 30 years of TÜV HELLAS. This huge interest also mirrors the great importance of Greece to GLOBALG.A.P. Despite the difficult economic situation, the number of GLOBALG.A.P. certified producers is still increasing. Today, roughly 14,500 producers are certified in Greece.

Sustainable and resource efficient agriculture is a critical issue concerning farmers in Israel. This was at the core of the GLOBALG.A.P. TOUR Stop that took place in Israel at the Orient Hotel Jerusalem on 13 Nov. 2017.

Hosted by STK The Stockton Group, a leading company in the development and marketing of botanical based solutions for food protection, the TOUR Stop consisted of a half day event that gathered all STK representatives from all over the world.
