As the first of its kind in food certification, the Integrity Program has been working to ensure consistent quality, ongoing improvement, and optimum transparency in the GLOBALG.A.P. system since 2008.  

Integrity Program activities include providing training for certification bodies, assessing their performance, following up on complaints, protecting the GLOBALG.A.P. brand, and offering customer support. 

With over 60 trainings for certification bodies, nearly 300 days of integrity assessments covering 54 countries, and over 22,000 requests resolved by customer service in 2020, there is plenty to read about.
