Jitendra Mandrah took on the position of Key Account Manager for India in January 2018. His primary responsibilities are building strong and effective relationships with customers to ensure that marketing and communication plans reflect the needs of customers.

Jitendra studied Plant Breeding and Genetics at the University of JNKVV Jabalpur and received an MSc in Agriculture. Furthermore, he also received an MBA in Agri Business Management at the National Institute of Management. After graduation he spent two years (2007-2009) with LT Foods Ltd in the Agri Extension and Procurement department, after which he moved to Bayer Crop Science in 2010 to take on a position in the sales department where he worked on sales strategy and business numbers. Bayer then gave him a leading role in the Food Chain Partnership in 2014, which enabled him to gain comprehensive experience in sustainable agriculture, marketing, and sales.
