The GGN Label for Certified Aquaculture Is Based on the GLOBALG.A.P. Aquaculture Standard Caring for Consumers – Responsible Sourcing at All Stages of Production

The GGN label is based on the GLOBALG.A.P. Aquaculture standard, which is in line with the FAO Technical Guidelines on Aquaculture Certification. The standard covers the entire production chain and assures safe and sustainable production from the feed manufacturer to the hatchery, nursery, and grow-out, including transportation, harvest, and post-harvest activities. It also covers segregation and correct labeling in the supply chain.
