5 Steps to Becoming a GLOBALG.A.P. Approved Certification Body for GRASP

STEP 1
Read the certification body requirements in the ‘GRASP General Rules’ and sign up for approval on our certification body extranet.

STEP 2
Participate in the one-day GRASP Training for Assessors. You can find the dates for the next training workshops at CB Academy.

STEP 3
Pay the scope extension fee for GRASP. For more information on fees download the ‘ GLOBALG.A.P. Fee Table’.

STEP 4
Once your application is approved, your certification body will be shown on our list of approved certification bodies for GRASP.

STEP 5
All additional GLOBALG.A.P. approved inspectors and auditors who want to become GRASP assessors shall be trained by the GRASP in-house trainer and pass the GRASP online exam.

In countries without a GRASP national interpretation guideline, GRASP can be assessed by complying with additional requirements explained in the ‘GRASP General Rules’ version 1.3-1-i (section 6.2.2).
