IFA for Flowers and Ornamentals

The IFA standard for flowers and ornamentals is a global standard for responsible farming practices that covers all stages of production, from preharvest activities such as soil management and water use to plant protection, product application, and workers’ well-being.

GLOBALG.A.P. standards for flowers and ornamentals have been operational for almost 20 years and are developed through extensive collaboration with stakeholders throughout the sector. IFA for flowers and ornamentals is the original reference standard in the FSI GAP basket and is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
