  • Interview methodology

Who should participate:

Mandatory for already appointed and qualified GRASP in-house trainers to acquire the qualification for the training and assessment of GRASP v1.3-I requiring interviews with employees from 1 October 2020. New in-house trainers shall first complete the regular GRASP in-house trainer training. Dates of those trainings will be announced.

Requirements:

The GLOBALG.A.P. country risk concept applies the evidence methodology for every country. The methodology encompasses both mandatory and voluntary elements. Depending on client request (i.e. producer or buyer), voluntary elements can become mandatory. Thus, the GLOBALG.A.P. Secretariat strongly recommends this update training to all current GRASP in-house trainers of a GLOBALG.A.P. approved Certification Body that is approved for GRASP.
