We are looking for a CEO Assistant with project management skills (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
CEO assistance:

  • Assist in daily activities, including staying up-to-date on outstanding tasks and follow-ups, and preparing presentations and documents
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and trade fairs with the CEO, record minutes and complete follow-ups from these events as needed
  • Liaise with internal staff and external clients at all levels

Board assistance:

  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings
  • Work in close cooperation with the Chairperson and executive management to prepare agenda and document package for meetings
  • Record minutes during meetings, and follow-up with respective management to ensure resulting tasks and decisions are executed
  • Prepare monthly updates for the Board using information from all areas of the company

Project management:

  • Organizational-wide project lead: planning, organization, documentation, controlling
  • Work in project teams e.g. related to the GLOBALG.A.P. SUMMIT Conference
  • Project idea management – check project idea’s feasibility

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in agriculture or a related discipline or equivalent experience in agricultural economics, agribusiness management or a related field
  • Fluent in English; German or any additional language are a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience on a similar job
  • Flexibility and ability to shuffle priorities on short notice
  • Ability to think critically and stay positive under pressure
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, while supporting team initiatives/objectives and meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
  • Background in agriculture or standard setting is an advantage
