Job location: Home Office (with regular visits to the Cologne Office)
Reports to: Chief Integrity Officer and Chief Standards Officer

Your Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation and promotion of the GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard
  • Providing trainings about the GLOBALG.A.P. CoC Standard
  • Providing technical support for the development of the CoC system behind the GLOBALG.A.P. B2C label (GGN Consumer Label)

Job Specifications

1. Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, food or in a related discipline
  • Knowledge of CoC certification and traceability systems
  • Excellent written, technical and verbal communication skills in English
  • German language knowledge is preferred, additional languages are an advantage (esp. Spanish)

2. Skills        

  • Able to manage a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and dependable character
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

3. Experience              

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a related field (supply chain management, traceability, chain of custody, certification)
  • Lead Assessor Training and auditing experience is preferred
  • Previous working experience with a GLOBALG.A.P. standard is preferred

4. Requirements

  • Driving license
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally
