Reports to: Chief Standards Officer

Your Responsibilities

  • Revitalize the National Technical Working Groups (NTWG) concept
  • Development of a communication platform for NTWGs together with the in-house IT Services
  • Pro-active follow-up on activities and meetings of stakeholder groups
  • Coordination and quality control of internal review and approval of GLOBALG.A.P. guidelines
  • Coordination with local Technical Key Account Managers and Key Account Managers
  • Coordination with the Technical Committee facilitators
  • Maintenance and update of internal contact management system and website content with respect to stakeholder groups
  • Ensure stakeholders comply with Terms of Reference and membership payment
  • Preparation and sending of newsletters and other communication to stakeholder groups
  • Coordination and evaluation of surveys to stakeholder groups
  • Technical input as per request from Technical Team
  • Potential liaison with international agencies such as FAO, WHO, Codex, etc.

Job Specifications

1. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economic Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (business language)
  • Working knowledge of German, French, Dutch or Spanish

2. Skills

  • Excellent team player (m/f/d)
  • Good communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Skills in website content management preferred
  • Competent handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

3. Experience

  • 3-5 years of working experience in the field of stakeholder liaison
  • Work in a multi-stakeholder environment

4. Requirements

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (but not more than 20% of the time)
  • Residence and work permit for Germany
  • Driving license
