Reports to: Team Leader Marketing

Your Responsibilities

  • Web administration: Create and update landing pages and optimize user experience, either independently or in collaboration with internal teams
  • Debug pages and fix broken links or images
  • Plan, create and implement web campaigns and content
  • Draft slogans and small website texts after briefing by your team leader
  • Monitor and analyze website performance (e.g. traffic, conversions)
  • Assess promotional needs, create and adapt online and offline marketing materials,e. g. banners, movies etc.
  • Proofreading in German, English and Spanish according to briefing

Job Specifications

1. Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship (IHK/commercial)
  • Further professional training as a webmaster/concept developer
  • Fluent in English (native speaker or C-level) and German; Spanish is an advantage

2. Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to generate creative ideas
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to shuffle priorities
  • Ability to work independently, while supporting team initiatives/objectives and meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail

3. Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of practical work experience as a webmaster
  • Working knowledge of website management tools and web analytics, such as Piwik/Matomo

4. Requirements

  • Currently valid residence and work permit for Germany
