GLOBALG.A.P. has developed a new hub called GLOBALG.A.P. Audit Online Hub to gather necessary
inspection/audit information in a modern and effective way. Creating and sharing digital checklists
and inspection/audit reports in different languages are some of the core functionalities of the
GLOBALG.A.P. Audit Online Hub. The goal is to simplify the inspection/audit process and to
continually improve the GLOBALG.A.P. standards. GLOBALG.A.P. Audit Online Hub is available
here.
Using this tool,
certification bodies can digitally enter inspection/audit information during the
inspection/audit and later review it online. GLOBALG.A.P. has partnered with the audit management
software providers listed at right in order to gather inspection/audit information appropriately.
Inspection/Audit reports are stored in a single tool, enabling a trusted view and ensuring
compliance and quality.

Yes. The system itself uses the same template across all standards to generate the PDF inspection/audit reports. Currently, some certification bodies are still using their own templates, but once certification bodies start using GLOBALG.A.P. Audit Online Hub, we can expect the market to adopt the template over time.
An online certificate is generated through the GLOBALG.A.P. database and contains information which is related to and mandatory for the certification process. An inspection/audit report is generated through GLOBALG.A.P. Audit Online Hub and contains detailed information about the inspection/audit itself, down to the level of individual control points.
Yes. Currently the checklists are available in English and Spanish, but implementation in more languages is planned by November 2020.

As it is a ready-to-use system, Audit Online Hub has a wide set of templates already in place. You can, however, customize these according to your needs. Your amended checklist must then be tested in the test system to confirm that it is suitable. For example, if the column order is rearranged or if a column is deleted, the checklist will not be approved. Customized software solutions from our partners can also help you to align checklists to your processes. This eliminates the need for Excel files in the future.
IFA v5.2, IFA v5.3-GFS, and FSMA PSR add-on v1.2. More standards will be added in future.
Yes. Currently the checklists are available for IFA V5.2 in English and Spanish, but more languages are expected to come by November 2020.
No. Only audit data that is collected after November 2020 must be submitted through Audit Online Hub. Going forward, audit reports must be submitted via Audit Online Hub before a certification decision can be made in the GLOBALG.A.P. database.
