AGRAYA GmbH takes shape: Built to meet the future of farming
After more than two decades of advancing trusted solutions in agriculture, we're proud to introduce a bold new chapter in our journey: the AGRAYA brand.

On 30 June 2025, FoodPLUS GmbH officially transitioned to AGRAYA GmbH. Today, we bring that change to life by introducing AGRAYA GmbH to the world with a distinctive visual identity, a focused strategy, and a clear vision for the future—all grounded in our mission to empower agricultural supply chains with trusted intelligence that enhances operational efficiency.
As the corporate home and legal owner of the well-established GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN label brands, AGRAYA GmbH builds on over two decades of technical and operational expertise. Nevertheless, this is not just a continuation, but a deliberate shift toward a future-ready organization equipped to tackle emerging challenges and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
A new era in progressive agriculture begins
The agricultural sector is facing a defining moment—from environmental volatility to economic uncertainty, and uneven access to innovation. At the same time, opportunities for progress have never been greater. At AGRAYA, our goal is to redefine global agriculture as a force for equitable prosperity, ecological resilience, and human dignity—where farmers of every scale thrive as empowered partners in shaping sustainable food systems. To do this, we are introducing five strategic pillars that will guide everything we do and shape how we work with partners and stakeholders to create a more inclusive and resilient agricultural future. These pillars include:
Scaling regenerative and climate-smart practices
Advancing farmer empowerment and agency
Promoting inclusive technology and innovation
Enabling collaborative governance and systemic change
Driving equitable value chains
Looking ahead: Stronger identity, sharper focus
Our strengthened strategic focus is also reflected in the reorganization of our leadership team. Elmé Coetzer-Boersma has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AGRAYA GmbH, and Markus Phillip is now serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
“This rebrand marks the start of a new era for our organization,” said Elmé Coetzer-Boersma, CEO of AGRAYA GmbH. “We’re not just changing names, we’re stepping into a future with sharper purpose, stronger alignment, and a renewed commitment to the people and systems that make agriculture work.”
Guided by our mission to strengthen supply chains through trusted, actionable insights, AGRAYA will evolve in step with the changing realities of our time. While GLOBALG.A.P. and the GGN label continue in their established roles in certification and assurance, AGRAYA opens space for new conversations and future-oriented initiatives that foster smarter decision-making, stronger connections, and more resilient outcomes across the value chain.
Welcome to AGRAYA.
Let’s grow what’s next, together.
