The GLOBALG.A.P. Secretariat exhibits annually at IPM (flowers and ornamentals sector, January), Fruit Logistica (fruit and vegetables sector, February), Seafood Expo Global (aquaculture sector, March/April), and Anuga (fruit and vegetables sector, October). Participation in other trade fairs varies by year – check the event list or subscribe to our monthly Spotlights newsletter to get the latest updates.
Our presentations are open to all trade fair participants and are not restricted to the media/press. We currently hold annual GLOBALG.A.P. news updates at IPM (Essen, Germany), Fruit Logistica (Berlin, Germany), and Seafood Expo Global (Barcelona, Spain). Other events vary by year – use the filter in the event list to see all upcoming news updates.
The GLOBALG.A.P. Secretariat organizes a series of TOUR stops each year with local partners and GLOBALG.A.P. Community Members around the world. As part of our capacity-building activities, the one-/two-day events have reached thousands of participants across more than 45 countries since 2009.
TOUR stops are usually tailored to a specific regional focus, and participants include the entire range of value chain stakeholders as well as GLOBALG.A.P. experts. The events cover aspects such as roundtable discussions, consultation meetings and Q&A sessions, networking activities, and field visits to observe GLOBALG.A.P. solutions in practice.
TOUR stops are usually hosted by GLOBALG.A.P. Community Members, national technical working groups, Registered Trainers, trade associations, or developmental aid organizations. Please see the dedicated GLOBALG.A.P. TOUR page for more information.
