NTWG discussion group: A new platform for collaboration!
19 June marked the beginning of regular quarterly discussions for our national technical working groups (NTWGs). The two-way conversations are designed to provide updates and learn from the participants' unique challenges and experiences.
Following requests from our National Technical Working Groups (NTWGs), we held our first NTWG Discussion Group meeting virtually on 19 June 2024.
This session provided a platform for members of NTWGs from around the world to share experiences, discuss national interpretation guidelines (NIGs), and ask questions about the GLOBALG.A.P. standards. Representatives from Italy, Belgium, UK, Denmark, Hungary, Greece, Tajikistan, South Africa, Egypt, New Zealand, and the Netherlands participated in this first exchange.
This marks the beginning of regular quarterly discussions designed to foster collaboration and address NTWG needs directly. We envision this as a two-way conversation, where we can provide updates and learn from your unique challenges and experiences.
Key topics discussed included:
National interpretation guideline status
Water testing issues
Accreditation updates
Document translations
Standard setting procedures
Clarification on specific standard content
