Food safety and security laboratory Agrolab México joins the GLOBALG.A.P. community
Join us in welcoming Agrolab México as a GLOBALG.A.P. Community Member! The innovative laboratory conducts more than 400 different accredited testing methods, contributing to food safety across multiple sectors.
Agrolab is a high-tech food safety and security laboratory based in Mexico, conducting more than 400 different accredited assessments. Beginning a modernization process in 2002, the company has constructed new laboratories in Pachuca, Hidalgo, and more than 25 collection centers around the country.
Widespread recognition
Since 2008, Agrolab has expanded its capacity from 20 to over 400 accredited assessments under the Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación, A.C (EMA) and other international accreditation bodies such as A2LA (USA), placing the company as one of the leading laboratories in the country and across the wider Latin American region.
Furthermore, it is recognized and approved as an authorized third-party laboratory by Mexican government ministries such as the Federal Commission for the Protection Against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS), the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development (SAGARPA), and the National Water Commission (CONAGUA).

Winner of several awards and recognitions, Agrolab stands out as one of the laboratories with the highest level of innovation and instrumentation in Latin America. Their range of services cover the entire spectrum of food, as well as the monitoring and testing of products from farms, retail, hospitality, and packing facilities.
