GRASP
Alternatives accepted by retailers
To provide transparency to their suppliers, some retailers have shared a list of social programs which they accept in place of the GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice (GRASP).
Comparable social programs accepted by German retailers
What is meant by an alternative to GRASP?
Some retailers consider other social programs (listed per retailer below) adequately comparable to the GRASP add-on. To minimize the audit burden, producers who follow one of the alternative social standards do not need to additionally comply with GRASP. Please note that this does not apply for fulfilling the GGN label requirements, and does not represent GLOBALG.A.P. benchmarked status.

This list contains social programs that are considered comparable to GRASP criteria by these retailers. This decision is managed by the respective retailer. The retailer controls the inclusion or exclusion of the standards and therefore takes responsibility for the list.
